1. Acceptance
By using the website or submitting the form, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice, the Insurance and Consumer Report Disclosure, the Electronic Records terms, and the authorization displayed beside the required checkbox. Do not submit the form when you do not agree.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and submit only information that belongs to you or that you are lawfully authorized to provide. You agree that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are genuinely requesting insurance information.
3. What NoChase provides
NoChase Auto Quotes provides an online quote-request and referral service. It receives the information you submit and routes the request to one licensed insurance agency, licensed insurance producer, or insurer selected to handle it. The service is not designed to broadcast your request to multiple agents or sell it to unrelated quote sellers.
NoChase Auto Quotes is not an insurance carrier. Insurance advice, solicitation, quoting, applications, underwriting, coverage decisions, and policy binding must be handled by appropriately licensed and authorized insurance professionals or insurers.
4. One initial email and no automatic follow-up
Your submission authorizes one initial quote-related email. It may contain a quote, explain that no quote is available, identify the licensed recipient, ask for missing information, or provide a separate recipient-specific authorization needed to continue.
After that one initial email, no additional email, call, or text is permitted through the request unless you reply, expressly ask to continue, submit a new request, or separately select the optional permission for one live call or one text.
5. Optional phone and text permissions
A phone number is optional. Entering it alone does not authorize a call or text. When you separately select one-call permission, you authorize one live call about the request. When you separately select one-text permission, you authorize one text message about the request. Those optional permissions are not a condition of receiving a quote. The form does not authorize automated or prerecorded marketing calls.
6. No broad consumer-report authorization
This intake form does not authorize an unnamed insurer, agency, or producer to obtain motor vehicle records, claims reports, prior-insurance reports, credit-based insurance information, or other consumer reports. The assigned licensed recipient may identify itself and provide a separate disclosure or authorization when a report or additional protected information is needed.
7. No coverage, rate, or savings guarantee
Submitting a request does not apply for, issue, bind, renew, replace, cancel, or modify insurance coverage. It does not guarantee that a quote will be available, that any insurer will accept an application, that a displayed or communicated rate will remain available, or that you will save money.
Do not cancel or change existing insurance until an authorized insurer or licensed insurance professional confirms that replacement coverage is in force.
8. Additional information may be required
The four required details begin the process but may not be enough to calculate a reliable rate. The licensed recipient may require vehicle, driver, household, coverage, claims, prior-insurance, eligibility, payment, or verification information and may require a separate authorization before completing the quote.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to submit another person's information without authority, impersonate someone, submit false or misleading information, interfere with security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service, overload the form, test stolen information, or use the website for unlawful activity.
10. Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable, delayed, restricted, changed, or discontinued. State availability depends on whether an appropriately licensed and authorized recipient can handle the request. Features, wording, and these terms may be updated as the service changes.
11. Intellectual property
The NoChase name, logos, site design, text, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for its intended personal quote-request purpose.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoChase disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms. NoChase is not responsible for insurer underwriting decisions, rates, coverage terms, report content, recipient response times, carrier availability, or actions of independent licensed recipients.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, NoChase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Ohio law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another lawful process.
