1. NoChase is a quote-request and referral service
NoChase Auto Quotes receives the information you submit and routes your request to one licensed insurance agency, licensed insurance producer, or insurer selected to handle it. NoChase is not an insurance carrier and does not bind insurance coverage or make underwriting decisions.
The licensed recipient is responsible for its insurance activity, licensing, disclosures, information practices, insurer relationships, underwriting process, and communications after you choose to continue.
2. What your required checkbox authorizes
Your checkbox and typed name authorize NoChase to collect, store, and route the information you submit to one licensed insurance recipient. They also authorize NoChase and that single recipient to send one initial quote-related email.
The initial email may contain a quote, state that a quote is not available, identify the licensed recipient, request missing information, or provide a separate recipient-specific disclosure or authorization.
3. What the checkbox does not authorize
The intake checkbox does not authorize an unnamed insurer, insurance agency, or insurance producer to obtain motor vehicle records, claims reports, prior-insurance reports, credit-based insurance information, investigative consumer reports, or other consumer reports.
It also does not authorize automated or prerecorded marketing calls, recurring marketing email, recurring texts, distribution to multiple agents, or sale to unrelated quote sellers.
4. Separate recipient-specific authorization may be required
Insurance pricing and underwriting can require information from consumer reporting agencies, insurance support organizations, motor vehicle agencies, claims databases, prior insurers, and other lawful sources. When such information is needed, the assigned licensed recipient may identify itself and ask you to accept a separate authorization that names the recipient, describes the information and sources, states the purpose and duration, and provides applicable rights and notices.
You may decline a separate authorization, but the recipient may be unable to complete the quote without information reasonably required by its insurer or underwriting process.
5. Consumer-report rights
When a consumer report is obtained, federal and state law may provide rights concerning disclosure, access, disputes, investigative consumer reports, and decisions based on report information. The licensed recipient or insurer that orders or uses a report is responsible for providing notices required for its action.
If a quote, rate, eligibility decision, or adverse underwriting action is based in whole or in part on a consumer report, the responsible party may be required to identify the reporting agency and explain applicable rights to obtain and dispute report information.
6. Contact authorization
The required authorization permits one initial quote-related email. That is the only automatic follow-up. No additional contact is permitted through the request unless you reply, expressly ask to continue, submit a new request, or separately select one-call or one-text permission.
When selected, one-call permission authorizes one live call only. One-text permission authorizes one text message only. These permissions are optional and are not a condition of receiving a quote. Entering a phone number without selecting a permission does not authorize its use.
7. Electronic records and signature
By checking the required box and submitting with your typed first and last name, you adopt that checkbox and typed name as your electronic signature. The system records the displayed authorization text, consent version, accepted time, electronic signature, selected contact permissions, and request reference.
You need a current web browser, internet access, an email account, and the ability to print or save the page. You may decline electronic consent by not submitting online. You may request a paper copy of the authorization at no charge by emailing admin@nochaseautoquote.org.
8. Duration and revocation
The intake authorization is dated and time-stamped when submitted and remains valid for 90 days solely to receive, route, review, and respond to the request, unless revoked sooner by writing to admin@nochaseautoquote.org. Revocation does not affect information already disclosed or actions already taken in reasonable reliance on the authorization.
9. No binding or guarantee
Submitting a request does not bind coverage, create an insurance contract, guarantee a quote, rate, savings, eligibility, or offer, or require you to purchase. Additional information, verification, recipient-specific authorization, insurer review, and payment may be required. Do not cancel existing coverage until new coverage is confirmed as in force.
10. State availability
Requests are currently accepted from Ohio. A request must be handled by an appropriately licensed and authorized insurance recipient. Availability may be limited by licensing, appointments, carrier appetite, underwriting rules, or the information supplied.
