Privacy Notice

This notice explains what NoChase Auto Quotes collects, why it is collected, who may receive it, and how the one-contact promise applies.

Effective: August 13, 2026 Consent version: NC-LEAD-2026-08-13-v3
The NoChase contact rule: one request is routed to one licensed insurance recipient and permits one initial quote-related email. No automatic follow-up is permitted unless you reply, ask to continue, submit a new request, or separately request one live call or one text.

1. Who operates this service

NoChase Auto Quotes operates the quote-request and referral service available at nochaseautoquote.org. Questions, privacy requests, revocations, and copy requests may be sent to admin@nochaseautoquote.org.

NoChase Auto Quotes is not an insurance carrier. It does not bind coverage, make underwriting decisions, or guarantee that a quote or policy will be available. Insurance activity must be handled by appropriately licensed and authorized insurance professionals or insurers.

2. Information collected directly from you

The form requires your first and last name, date of birth, garaging address, and email address. You may also choose to provide a phone number, vehicle details, current insurance information, coverage preferences, other insurance interests, and notes.

The service also records the authorization text and version you accepted, the date and time of submission, your typed-name electronic signature, your selected contact permissions, the page and referral information associated with the request, and a reference number.

Do not submit a Social Security number, driver license number, payment card number, medical information, account password, or other highly sensitive credential through the public form or notes field.

3. Technical and security information

The website may process browser type, device type, user agent, referring page, page address, campaign parameters, submission timing, and network information needed to operate and protect the service. The application stores a keyed one-way hash of the network address in the lead record for abuse prevention instead of storing the raw address in that record. Hosting and security providers may still process ordinary network logs under their own practices.

Cloudflare Turnstile may be enabled to reduce automated abuse. NoChase does not include third-party behavioral advertising trackers by default.

4. How information is used

Information may be used to:

  • Receive, validate, store, route, review, and respond to your quote request.
  • Assign the request to one licensed insurance agency, licensed insurance producer, or insurer that can handle the request.
  • Send or support the single permitted initial quote-related email and any optional one-call or one-text contact you specifically selected.
  • Prevent fraud, duplicate submissions, automated abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
  • Maintain evidence of your authorization and comply with legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

5. Who may receive information

Your request may be disclosed to only one licensed insurance recipient selected to handle it. That recipient may be a licensed insurance agency, licensed insurance producer, or insurer. The recipient may use the information to evaluate the request, identify available insurance options, contact you within the permissions you granted, and comply with its own legal duties.

Information may also be processed by hosting, database, email, security, fraud-prevention, legal, compliance, and other service providers acting for NoChase only as needed to operate and protect the service. Information may be disclosed to regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other authorities when permitted or required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

NoChase will not sell or distribute your request to unrelated quote sellers, send it to multiple competing agents, or place you on a recurring marketing email, call, or text list through this request.

6. Consumer reports and information from other sources

This intake form does not, by itself, authorize an unnamed insurer, agency, or producer to obtain motor vehicle records, claims reports, prior-insurance reports, credit-based insurance information, or other consumer reports. The licensed recipient may need those records to complete a quote.

When a report, database inquiry, or other protected insurance information is needed, the assigned recipient may identify itself and provide a separate disclosure, authorization, privacy notice, or other document required by law or its quoting process. That recipient is responsible for obtaining any required permission and providing any report-based or adverse-action notices that apply.

7. The one-contact promise

Submitting the required authorization permits one initial quote-related email. That email may contain a quote, state that a quote is not available, identify the licensed recipient, request missing information, or provide a separate recipient-specific authorization needed to continue.

The one initial email is the only automatic follow-up from this request. No additional email, call, or text is permitted unless you reply, expressly ask to continue, submit another request, or separately select the optional permission for one live call or one text. Entering a phone number alone does not authorize its use.

8. Retention

Lead records are scheduled for a retention review approximately 180 days after submission. Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer reasonably needed, or retained longer when reasonably necessary for consent records, fraud prevention, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, disputes, or an insurance transaction you choose to continue.

9. Security

NoChase uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, including encrypted transmission, server-side validation, restricted database access, rate limiting, spam controls, and separation of public website code from server secrets. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Access, correction, deletion, revocation, and copies

You may ask for a copy of the authorization associated with your request, request access to recorded information, request correction of inaccurate information, ask that information be deleted where applicable, or revoke the authorization for future activity. Send the request to admin@nochaseautoquote.org and include enough information to locate the request and verify your identity.

Revocation does not affect information already disclosed or actions already taken in reasonable reliance on the authorization. Some records may be retained when required or permitted by law.

11. Adults only

This service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. NoChase does not knowingly accept requests from children.

12. Changes and contact

This notice may be updated when the service, vendors, practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes that affect an already submitted request will be handled as required by law.
